The beloved grocery store chain in the Seattle area was looking to re-energize their brand, culture and marketing as they prepared for a “next-level” store opening in a new market.
Working closely with the Metropolitan Market leadership team to transform the instore and customer experience, ShiftUp started by getting everyone on the same page by uniting the vision, voice and values. With a culture first approach, the next step was to standardize the visual brand with a new signage and packaging program. Messaging was refreshed and many specialty products/promotions were re-branded. As part of the store launch, we developed and facilitated a customer service training program for all new employees. Shortly after the award-winning store opened, a new CEO was promoted from within and we supported the change management communications and extension of the branding program we developed.
